PROFESSIONAL DOSING UNIT


The new Dosicream is a professional dosing unit created to make the dosing by injection process quicker. It is used to fill products such as cannoli, croissant, creams puffs, cream doughnuts, jams, chocolate, sauces and suck like.

The innovative electronic card allow the use of the dosing unit in three modes: manual, automatic or sequential.

It has nine automatic programs which allow for the variation of the amount of the products to be dispensed and to set exactly the anti-dropping at the end of each dosing phase.

The equipment consists of a stainless steel frame and a funnel shaped hopper with a capacity of 8.5 or 13 l.

Thanks to its various accessories this unit has a great versatility adaptable to different kinds of products and to the needs required.
